All members will require to pay a yearly subscription fee at only GBP 3.5 pounds. And provide relevant documents from welcome email to prove that they are indeed jw.org members. Only members who are authorized gets to publish their properties or rent from other members. We collect 3% service fee to protect the transaction by payment providers. And a flat fee of lodging checks out at 10% of total cost and tax free. This aims to save you massive compared to another OTA such as Agoda or Airbnb. As a service privilege for JW members.

Flexible: Full refund within limited period

·         Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.

·         Service fee is refundable, within 48 hours of booking. Refund eligibility is determined at cancellation time based on the number of prior cancellations. Separately, if a guest cancels a reservation that overlaps with any part of an existing reservation, we won’t refund the service fee if they decide to cancel.

·         Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.

·         If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to jwservices.co within 24 hours of check-in.

·         jwservices.co will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

·         A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page.

·         Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by jwservices.co for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service. Please review these exceptions.
